Samson Kipkemboi Burgei is an accomplished public sector leader with over three decades of experience in public financial management and central banking. He currently serves as Technical Advisor on Treasury Cash Management at the National Treasury, where he coordinates the implementation of Kenya's Treasury Single Account (TSA) system and public finance reforms around cash flow management and exchequer operations.

Prior to joining the National Treasury, Samson held senior roles at the Central Bank of Kenya spanning currency services, vault management, financial markets, strategic communications, and the Governor's Office.

Beyond his professional career, Samson is actively engaged in governance and community service. He chairs Dorcas Aid Kenya, a Christion humanitarian organization serving vulnerable communities, and previously served on the CBK Pension Fund Board of Trustees, the Elders Council and the Deacon Board at CITAM Church.
