KEPHIS Holds a Joint Post Control Observation of : Forages,Sunflower and Horticultural Official Seedlots
On 25th October, 2024 KEPHIS Kitale hosted Director Seed Certification and Plant Variety Protection Mr. Simon Maina ,Deputy Directors from KEPHIS regional offices,Kenya Seed Company ,Simlaws limited ,Ultarvetis ,seed growers and other stakeholders for a joint post control observation of Forages,sunflower and Horticultural official seedlots of what farmers consumed this season to check on identity and varietal purity as required by CAP 326 and In accordance to Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) guidelines.
