Today Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS), together with International Potato Center (CIP), International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) and Giz held a media engagement breakfast meeting ahead of the groundbreaking of the Root, Tubers & Bananas - East Africa Germplasm Exchange Laboratory (RTB - EAGEL) that will be based at KEPHIS Muguga.
